Founder, Aries Safety Management
Allen is a board-certified safety professional with experience supporting construction, maritime, and general industry operations across Hawaii.
His approach to safety is grounded in a simple principle that most organizations don’t have a safety problem – they have a visibility problem.
He is the developer of the ASM Risk Clarity™ Framework and the Safety Insight Series™, both designed to move organizations beyond reactive safety practices and toward consistent, system-level performance.
Living and working on the Waianae Coast, Allen brings a local, relationship-driven approach to safety; an approach that values trust, responsiveness, and doing the job right the first time.
