My name is Allen Pancheri and I started Aries Safety Management (ASM) after retiring from a successful 34 year career working for the Department of the Army in various capacities all over the world. I retired from military service in 2012 and continued my career with the Army as a Department of the Army civilian.
After suffering a workplace injury early on in my career, workplace safety and employee training became of great interest to me and over my next three decades of federal service, Safety became my passion. “Mission First, Safety Always” became my personal and professional mantra; I prided myself on never placing those individuals entrusted to me to lead were placed in harm’s way unnecessarily and was driven to instill that sense of responsibility for safety to those I did lead.
Putting safety first is one of the most effective strategies, and sometimes the most effective, for unlocking an organization’s full potential. Beyond the loss and suffering accidents cause, incidents are expensive in both direct and indirect costs to your organization and lead to lost productivity.
